Highland hunting lodge set for an upgrade
	A Victorian hunting lodge in Sutherland is to get a £1.5m facelift to allow a variety of uses including use as luxury accommodation and use for corporate events, thanks to a funding package including Highlands and Islands Enterprise (HIE) together with the Big Lottery Fund.

To help customers understand what these changes mean, we've prepared a new guide to our services.Scottish Government Economic Strategy The Scottish Government unveiled its new national economic strategy which will guide HIE's activities over the coming years.Operating Plan 2008-11 HIE's three-year Operating Plan is agreed annually with the Scottish Government. It sets out specific actions which the organisation will carry out to deliver the Government Economic Strategy in the Highlands and Islands.HIE results 2007-08 Highlands and Islands Enterprise (HIE) demonstrated an excellent performance in 2007/08. The organisation’s year-end results were reviewed by HIE board members on Tuesday 10th June.
